You will find two options GEPL Client Login & Non GEPL Client for Existing clients under GEPL Client Login insert the client code (for eg. 1a000) OTP will be send on your registered number.
Further, you will find with your pre details like Depository name, PAN no, Beneficiary ID. Kindly insert the BHIM UPI no (For eg – 9819******@upi), insert lot size, then select the box after reading terms and conditions and click on submit button– you will be shown IPO added successfully.kindly acknowledge by clicking on OK.
For Non GEPL Client kindly fill the details under the Non GEPL Client click on Sign up, OTP will be send on your number.

5. Broker will raise a contract of the sale with the debit amount of the STT, brokerage and other charges. You settle this from your existing credit , if any or remit the amount to the broker
6. You pay tax as per your holding period.

EXE: Software has to be installed in Desktop/laptop and once the software installed you will find the shortcut in the desktop called GEPL. Double click on the GEPL and enter the Credential like Username , Password or either DOB/PAN Number.
WEB : Investor has to visit our website www.geplcapital.com > click on Web Trading App menu and enter the Credential like Username , Password or either DOB/PAN.

We have given the option call UNBLOCK in the all trading platform below the username screen and once you click on the UNBLOCK you have to enter the information and click on UNBLOCK.

Payment not reflecting in trading account
If client transfer the funds using any trading platform and once the fund transfer successfully than automatically fund update in online portal you don’t have to call to HO/BM/RM for limit.
If client transfer the fund through any other mode like NEFT/CHEQUE than client has to call account team to check the status of the fund and accordingly if accounts team inform the funds receive to RMS team than RMS team update the funds to limit window.

If you are using Desktop/Laptop version of the trading platform than click on > Trading menu > click on Holding > Click on GET DP > once you see the holding than click on the script which you want to block > click on BLOCK.
If you are using WEB/Mobile application than click on > BOI HOLDING > click on GET DP > you will see the list of the shares > select the shares and click on > Hold option > Enter the Quantity.
Demat/Trading Account for Minor
Can a demat account be opened for a minor?
Yes. Demat account can be opened in the name of a minor. The account will be operated by a guardian till the minor becomes major. Guardian has to be the father or in his absence mother. In absence of both, father or mother, the guardian can be appointed by court.
No. Minor cannot be a joint holder in a demat account.
Trading account can be opened in the name of the minor only for the sole purpose of sale of securities which minor has possessed by way of investment in IPO, inheritance, corporate action, off market transfers under the following reason:
i. Gift / Donation
ii. Transfer between family members
iii. Implementation of Government / Regulatory Directions or Orders
However, such an account will be operated by the natural guardian till the minor becomes a major.
A minor cannot enter into a contract with a stock broker to purchase or sell any security. However, a trading account in the name of a minor can be opened only for the sole purpose of selling of securities possessed by the minor in the manner specified in FAQ no 3.
Yes. The guardian and the minor have to strictly comply with the applicable KYC norms.
Yes. A minor’s demat/ trading account can be continued when the minor becomes major. However, on attaining majority, the erstwhile minor should confirm the balance in his/her account and he/she has to complete formalities as are required for opening a demat/ trading account to continue in the same account/s.

What is the advantage for NRI over the resident?

• The penalty is 1% of trade value (0.50% on buy & sell each) or ₹5,000 per session, whichever is higher.
